Sanome's core vision is to fundamentally shift healthcare from a reactive model to a proactive and preventative one, drawing on data from a wide range of sources to develop a Human Digital Twin – a living picture of an individual’s health.
We’re driving a shift to a care model that will see clinical teams understand and anticipate health issues before they escalate – enabling faster, more targeted interventions, and drastically improving health outcomes.
Sanome's MEMORI tool has been undergoing a pilot study at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability (RHN), focusing on predicting patient deterioration, particularly infection risks, up to 72 hours before existing gold standards. Integrated into the PatientSource Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, MEMORI analyses a patient's historical and real-time data to provide clinicians with a personalised risk assessment. This approach aims to enable earlier interventions, potentially reducing emergency transfers and improving patient outcomes.
MEMORI has attained certification as a regulated Class IIb Software-as-a-Medical Device (EU:MDR).
